Delivery & Collection Information

Fast delivery and convenient collection options for your metal orders.

Delivery Service

Our aim is to deliver offcuts / end pieces within 1–3 working days depending on availability and we will inform you about your order status by email, message, or phone call. If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Delivery Support

Free Collection

You can collect your order for free from our warehouse in Pune. We will notify you by phone, message, or email when your order is ready for collection.

Damaged Goods Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of goods at the time of delivery. If possible, visibly damaged goods should be refused at point of delivery. If goods are damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 1–2 working days of receiving them.

Damage Reporting Requirements

Please notify us of the damage by sending the following:

  • Photo of the damaged item(s)
  • Photo of the packaging
  • Order number and date of order / invoice copy
